外国人留学生への支援　Support for Foreign Students

兵庫県では、外国人留学生は、諸外国との交流推進を図る人材としてだけではなく、地域経済・産業等のグローバル化の推進に寄与する人材であると考え、県内で学ぶ外国人留学生を育成するための取り組みを行っています。

Hyogo Prefecture regards foreign students as human resources that promote exchange with foreign countries, as well as globalization of local economy and industries. These are examples of our initiatives to support foreign students studying in Hyogo.

私費外国人留学生奨学金への補助　Scholarship Aid for Privately Funded Foreign Students

外国人留学生の生活の安定を図り、学習活動を支援するため、公益財団法人兵庫県国際交流協会が実施する「私費外国人留学生への奨学金の支給」に対する補助を行っています。

The Hyogo International Association provides a scholarship for privately funded foreign students to support their living expenses and study activities. Hyogo Prefecture provides aid for this project.

地域人材としての外国人留学生の育成支援　Raising Foreign Students as Human Resources in Hyogo

BRICsなどの新興国が台頭し、世界経済のグローバル化が進行する中、外国人留学生を積極的に採用する企業が増えつつあるように、外国人材が注目されるようになっております。
このような現状を踏まえ、本県では、2010年度に、外部有識者の委員からなる「兵庫県専門的・高度外国人材活用政策懇話会」を設置し、地域における外国人材の活用における課題や取り組むべき方向性についての委員報告を取りまとめ、現在、「ひょうご留学生インターンシップ」事業や外国人材との協働を考えるセミナーなどに取り組んでおります。

Along with the rise of newly emerging countries such as BRICs, and with the ongoing globalization of the economy, more and more companies are actively employing foreign students in Japan.
To respond to such a situation, Hyogo Prefecture set up a round-table conference in fiscal year 2010 with participation from outside experts in order to discuss policies to promote the utilization of specialized and highly-skilled foreign personnel. The conference produced a report on problems to be solved and directions to be followed in utilizing foreign personnel, and is now undertaking internship programs for foreign students and promoting effective utilization of foreign personnel.

ひょうごカルチャーパス　Hyogo Culture Pass

県内の外国人留学生の皆さんが、県内の歴史・文化施設などに無料または割引で入場できる制度「ひょうごカルチャーパス」を実施しています。
施設入場の際に必要となるカルチャーパスは、在籍する学校から配布されます。
利用できる施設など、概要については、「ひょうごカルチャーパスについて（外部サイトへリンク）」をご参照ください。

With the Hyogo Culture Pass, foreign students in Hyogo can visit historical and cultural facilities in Hyogo for free or with a discounted entrance fee.
The Hyogo Culture Pass will be distributed through your school.
