Overview of Ho Chi Minh City, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam

In order to promote friendship exchange and economic exchange such as trade and investment promotion between Hyogo and Ho Chi Minh, a “Memorandum of Understanding on Friendship and Economic Exchanges” was signed on October 27, 2007.
Since 2017, the “Hyogo Prefecture - Ho Chi Minh City Economic Promotion Conference” has been held as a result of a collaborative effort by the government staff and business people of both parties to exchange views and opinions on economic situations and investment promotion systems, etc. of Hyogo and Ho Chi Minh.
